Amazing staff and lovely surroundings

The grounds felt like a tropical paradise, nurtured with attention to detail. Every morning began with a refreshing breeze, while the evening entertainment brought smiles and joy.

Unfortunately, the loungers were already claimed by dawn, making it difficult for late risers like us to find a comfortable spot. It dampened our poolside relaxation plan.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

Breakfast is a delight with a vast selection. The pool area is spacious, allowing for ample relaxation, and the attentive pool bar staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Elevators were frustratingly slow at peak times, and the main restaurant felt a bit noisy, impacting the overall dining experience.

The hotel features beautiful gardens that seamlessly slope down to a charming bay, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, with a well-maintained pool area and attentive staff. My superior room with a side sea view was comfortable and provided stunning vistas, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The dining experience had some inconsistency with overcooked meat and fish.

Had an amazing time with friends! The beautiful gardens and pool area were perfect for relaxing. We loved the tasty buffet and the bar's freshly made cocktails. Don’t miss the nearby aquarium for an undersea adventure and the vibrant main strip for nonstop fun and nightlife!

One downside was the beach cleanliness. it could definitely use some improvement.

Fantastic Pool Bar and Delicious Cuisine

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the spacious sea view from our room and the beautifully maintained gardens. The food was diverse, with fresh options and live cooking stations that really enhanced the dining experience. I particularly loved the freshly prepared dishes at the pool bar. The staff were always attentive, especially at the Yialos Pool Bar, where they promptly took our orders and served amazing cocktails. it would be great to see a wider variety of evening entertainment for more options during our stay.

The superior room overlooking the sea offers stunning views that can make even the toughest smuggler breathe easier. Facilities include a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for working off those Cypriot delicacies before hitting the beach without a crowd.

The dining experience falls flat with inauspicious food quality. both the buffet and a la carte options just didn’t cut it. If you're expecting to dive into a classic Greek salad, you'll be looking elsewhere. The evening entertainment can be intrusive with noise levels that make it tough to catch some Z's before midnight. The slow elevators can feel like they’ve been designed by the Empire, especially during busy hours. Plus, don’t forget to plan your trips outside for decent local food, as what's offered lacks the authenticity and flavor of nearby establishments.

I recently stayed at Crystal Springs and had a wonderful time. The superior room I booked had stunning sea views, which made my mornings spectacular. The rooms are beautifully decorated and feel very modern. The pool area is impressive, with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely vibe to relax. I appreciated the gardens. they were well-maintained and created a peaceful escape. The staff were attentive at the Yialos Pool Bar, quickly taking our orders and serving amazing cocktails—all freshly made and generous in terms of alcohol content. The food was diverse, with some interesting items in the buffet, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh options and live cooking stations. I found the egg choices a bit limited during breakfast. The sauna and steam room were a great addition and very clean, though it would have been nice if they were a bit hotter. One major drawback, though, was the limited toilet facilities on the ground floor. having to go downstairs to use the pool toilets was inconvenient, especially in a hotel of this caliber. my experience was enjoyable. it’s a lovely spot but could improve on a few practicalities ' comfort.

Fast wi-fi and free parking were great. Slow elevators during busy hours disappointed.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Protaras with very good value for money. The pool area was lovely, and the bartender mixed fantastic cocktails that made our afternoons relaxing. Make sure to explore nearby local dining options for a taste of authentic cuisine.
